Day 7 (Mia Franks) - Working more on the DM Screen

         today was a frustrating day. one in which I had to redo some of the things I did yesterday. 

I started the day putting the iron rag back onto the picture frame I made, and rubbing it around on all the wooden parts. then, when that was done, that the picture frame was complete. I know most of my past posts were like "I'm done now!" but I'm not but this time I really Mean that I am done, done, now. 

then I put all the boards I made yesterday, around all the bigger boards for the DM screen panel parts. then I had to test them with the ratchet straps to see if they are the right size. sadly (and quite frustratingly) some of the boards where either a bit too big or a bit too small, and when I went to resize the bit to big ones, some of them became the bit too small ones. so I had to make more of these boards. 3 to be exact. I then spent the some of the afternoon remaking them. 

since I was quite made at the boards for being not the size I wanted them, I worked on the dice tower. I cut out the size of the boards that are needed for them the rest of the morning. 

The audio book I listen to today was The Magician of Tiger Castle. Its a funny, semi-relistic book, that takes places in a different age. I started this book yesterday afternoon and will probably finish it sometime today.

later, I glued all some of the panels and the boarders of the DM Screen together. 

when working on the dice tower later, Mr. Grisbee and I talked about the dimensions of it, of how small it is, and how to be able to do some of the other ideas I have about it. We ended up realizing I needed to make the boards go from 0.75 inch to 0.5 inch. So I went to go use the planner. 

and that is everything I did today!
